Terms to read first
| On submission | Name and excerpts may be used for promotion. |
|---|---|
| If top three | All rights assignment and moral-rights waiver, with stated option/purchase prize; production not guaranteed. |
| If top three | Revisions may be requested without further payment. |
| Rights | TOP THREE winners assign all script rights and waive moral rights; unpaid rewrites possible; production not guaranteed. Other entrants do not automatically assign all rights. Advertised top-three option/purchase amounts are CAD 1,000 / 500 / 250; these do not remove the assignment requirement or guarantee production. The top-three consideration is paired with stated CAD1,000 / 500 / 250 option-and-purchase prizes. The entry fees are separately USD. No revised pages or replacement draft is accepted after entry. Clauses 5 and 9 differ on adaptation eligibility; a licensed adaptation needs a ruling. |
