- Anonymous English PDF. Feature 80–125 pages, with published $1/page surcharge beyond 125 (confirm payment method). Short up to 40, with published $1/page surcharge above 40. TV includes a ≤1-page season/series summary in the SAME PDF; conflicting page ranges require care.
